1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic shipping across the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

dukewear is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us or the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.
