1. What is Dukewear?

2. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

9. Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
11. Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
